Beyond her performance career, Dr. Lee teaches self-management and career development at world-leading institutions such as the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna (mdw) and Korea National University of Arts (K-Arts). She is deeply committed to empowering the next generation of musicians with the strategic tools required for sustainable international careers.

 

Her professional background includes project management roles for major cultural institutions and internationally renowned events, including the International Beethoven Piano Competition Vienna. She also served as Artistic Director of the Korean Cultural Center under the Ministry of Culture, where she developed high-level international collaborations between Europe and Asia.
